What to Include
House rules summary (quiet hours, guest policy, chore expectations), Wi-Fi network and password, emergency contacts (landlord, building manager, utilities), key codes and alarm instructions, rubbish and recycling schedule, nearest public transport links, local recommendations (pharmacy, supermarket, takeaway), and a personal welcome note from each existing roommate.
