☐ Clean up spills and crumbs immediately
☐ Empty bins daily and keep outdoor bins covered
☐ Seal cracks around windows, doors, and pipes
☐ Fix leaky taps (pests need water too)
☐ Declutter storage areas regularly
☐ Vacuum common areas at least twice a week
☐ Inspect secondhand furniture before bringing it inside
☐ Establish a 'no food in bedrooms' rule
☐ Schedule professional inspections annually
☐ Keep a pest control log of any sightings or issues
☐ Agree on how to split pest control costs
